Summary: The Account Sales Executive is a salesperson who creates quality leads through B2B appointment setting, cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking. The Business Development Representative is a potential customer's initial point of contact. This position is responsible for the growth of the company's market share through B2B sales.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through outbound calling “cold calls”, email, social media, and other sources, scheduling and attending outside sales appointments with decision makers to attain quote opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads focusing on progressing to opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a professional network with the facility services industry, attending mandatory events related to the industry for networking purposes.
  • Development of proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing the company’s services in response to requests from existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and establish a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits, and other data resources to create high-quality and accurate proposal responses.
  • Manage and meet proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates coordinating with internal contributors to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities.
  • Assess, develop, and document new business opportunities; develop, nurture, and build relationships in database, update and maintain CRM database.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations in person effectively (business attire required).
  • Find and secure long-term contracts for Janitorial Services at large office buildings, hospitals, colleges, pharmaceutical companies, and corporate campuses.
  • Contribute to a team environment and accomplish related results.
  • KPI: $2M per month in opportunities yielded from individual efforts ($24M per year)
  • KPI: 50+ meaningful outbound calls per day to prospective clients via salesforce

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to articulate company solutions.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent interpersonal capability, customer service skills and professional demeanor/attire.
  • Self-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently and effective objection handling skills.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills with high sense of urgency.
  • CRM experience – salesforce a plus

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or Equivalent Required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of B2B Sales experience preferred.
  • 1 year Sales experience required, 1 year Salesforce preferred.
